Start a launch video

Give Shipcast the repo and the URL where the new feature is live. It reads the change, records the feature working in a real browser, and comes back with a narrated video and a draft post for you to approve.

After you press Start you land on a status page. A job takes 5 to 15 minutes; the line with id status reads ready when the video is done. Nothing is ever posted automatically. Agents: the steps are in /agents.md.

If you can open links but not press buttons, open this page as /?repo=<repo or pull request URL>&notes=<what was asked for>. When the video for that is already made, the page links to it.
